焊培中心实训室为轮机实训中心核心实训室之一，建筑面积462平方米。其拥有40个焊接工位并配备先进的焊接及其附属设备，可同时满足80人进行焊接操作训练，也能作为海事局评估考核场地或技能大赛、对外培训场地。内部有监控室一间及可容纳50人的开放式多媒体教室一间，真正实现教、学、做一体化。

实训室设备有BX1-315交流电焊机5台, ZX7ARC-250交流电焊机20台，ZX7-400交流电焊机15台，ZX7-400STG氩弧焊机10台，NBC-350二氧化碳保护焊机10台，MZ-1000IV埋弧焊机2台，配套有监控系统及环保的大功率排风系统。轮机工程技术专业的学生通过实训能达到中华人民共和国《海船船员适任考试与评估大纲》对海船船员所规定的实际操作技能评估的要求，满足国家海事局签发海船船员适任证书的条件。

Introduction of Welding Training Center

As one of the core training rooms of marine engineering training center, welding training center covers an area of 462square meters. It has 40 welding posts and advanced welding andaccessory equipment, which could satisfy 80 people to carry out welding operation training and could also be an evaluation field of Maritime Safety Administration or a field of professional training or skills contest. Inside the welding training center, there are one control room and onemulti-mediaclassroomaccommodating 50 people, which can realize the integration of teaching, learning and acting in deed.

The equipment of this training center includes 5 BX1-315 a.c. welders, 20 ZX7ARC-250 a.c. welders, 15 ZX7-400 a.c. welders, 10 ZX7-400STG argon arc welding machine, 10 NBC-350 carbon dioxide protection welders and two MZ-1000IVsubmergedarcwelders, exclusively provides supervisory system and environmental protection high power exhaust system. After training, the students of marine engineering department can meet the actual operation skills assessment requirement asked by China Seafarers Competition Test and Assessment Outline, and also fulfill the requirement of Seafarers Competition Certification by Maritime Safety Administration.
